Out of Stock: If we do not have the requested product, we will offer one of equal value or a store credit.

Handmade: Our products are handmade; colors and measurements may vary by ± 4–8 mm.

Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects:

Timeframe: Within 7 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Request: Must be made from the customer profile at www.ana-delau.com

Product: In original packaging, with all accessories and delivery slip.

Monetary Refunds:

Review: Only if the return is requested from the customer profile and the product is returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Method: Refund will be issued via the original payment method used.

Not applicable to clearance or sale merchandise.
Stains, scratches, sun discoloration, or misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.
