Shipping policy

ANA DELAU® has a partnership with (UPS, DHL, FedEx), which handles the delivery of your orders.

Domestic Shipping (Mexico): 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Responsibility: ANA DELAU® is responsible for the merchandise until it is handed over to the shipping company; we are not liable for delays in domestic deliveries, but we will assist in resolving any issues to ensure it arrives as soon as possible.

International Shipping: 3 to 7 business days with standard shipping after payment confirmation.

If payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the timeline starts on the next business day.
Orders confirmed after 3:00 p.m. (CDMX) will be processed starting the next business day.

Important: Due to customs procedures or external delays, delivery time may exceed the estimated window; it is only an approximation.

Force Majeure: ANA DELAU® will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.), but we will act to minimize any impact.
