• The average delivery time is between 2-4 business days in Mexico and 3-8 business days in the rest of the world.
• You have 7 days from the delivery date of your order to return items free of charge. You can do so via email (go@malau.mx) or From your session on the website, in the “Orders” tab.

Each ANA DELAU piece is designed to accompany you every day and through time. With proper care, it will retain its original shape, character, and beauty.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, or humidity. When not in use, store your product in its protective case and avoid overloading it to preserve its structure.

Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, or products containing alcohol. In case of contact with water, remove excess moisture with a soft cloth, gently dabbing, and allow to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not apply heat.

Variations in tone, texture, grain, or small marks are inherent characteristics of the materials used. They should not be considered imperfections, but rather part of the identity and authenticity of each ANA DELAU piece.
